Beatriz Albuquerque (born in Porto, Portugal) is an interdisciplinary artist living between Porto-Portugal, New York-USA. In 2005 she won the Distinction Prize from the Ambient Series in the PAC/edge Performance Festival in Chicago and in 2009 the Myers Award: Mix Media Prize from the Columbia University, New York.
